Return Policy
Our happiness guarantee policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange*. *This applies to full-size orders, not free samples.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund. No exceptions.
Refunds When Applicable
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds If Applicable
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This may take 7-15 business days.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges If Applicable
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@hellobatch.com and send your item to 2815 S. Fifth Ct. Milwaukee, WI 53207, United States.
Coupon & Promo Policy
Should you desire to use a coupon, you must type it into the code area before finishing check-out. We are not able to apply coupons after purchase. You may use that coupon on your next purchase with us. When shopping on hellobatch.com, you agree to these terms.
Gift cards are not eligible for a cash refund. Gift cards may be eligible to be reloaded as a form of refund at the discretion of Batch staff members. Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Cannot be used to purchase free samples or free bundles. Batch reserves the right to cancel any orders violating these gift card conditions without a refund.
Free Sample Policy
There is a limit of one free sample per customer per lifetime. No exceptions. We do not offer any form of exchange, refund, or re-shipment of our free samples. We do not offer full-size products to replace lost/stolen goods. If your parcel is lost/stolen, please contact the shipping provider and verify that your address is indeed correct. If certain special circumstances occur, please contact us at hello@hellobatch.com or call us directly.
