How To Manage Your Subscription

Welcome to our series about all things Gold Membership. In this post, we'll walk you through how to manage your subscription, as well as tips and tricks to make the most of our new portal.

1. Login

First, log in to your subscription on our website by clicking the button in the upper left called “account”.

This will allow you to access your account through a passwordless login.

2. Use A One Time Code

Get your passwordless, 4-digit, log-in code via e-mail.


Can't find your code? Check your spam or junk folders. The e-mail with your one-time code should be sent from this address: login@auth.skio.com

Skip, Pause, Add A Product, or Reactivate Online

From here, feel free to skip, pause, reactivate, cancel, or any other action you wish to take.

Once inside our new subscription portal, you will be able to manually select your subscription dates and deliveries, and customize them as you wish.

Going out of town? Use the "Gift Order" Feature

With remote working and flexible lifestyles being more common, the gifting feature is here to save you from running out of your BATCH. 


Simply click “Gift Order” and then follow the prompts which will allow you to change your address on one order only. 

Have too much batch?

Utilize our cancelation feature if you have too much on hand, then seamlessly reactivate at any moment in just a few clicks.
